Oracle Cloud Integration Developer (OIC/PaaS)

Oracle Cloud Integration Developer sought to work on top Public Sector project, delivering complex Oracle Cloud integration and application development solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Oracle technical specialist with strong integration experience to work across modern cloud technologies, API-led solutions and enterprise application environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing and implementing Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, connecting Oracle Cloud applications with external cloud platforms, third-party systems and existing on-premises environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop and implement enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and associated Oracle PaaS technologies.

• Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud, external applications and on-premises systems.

• Develop modern application interfaces using technologies such as Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle JET, APEX or JavaScript frameworks.

• Support API-based integration, microservices and cloud application development.

• Work closely with functional consultants, solution architects and technical delivery teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Contribute to technical design standards, reusable components and integration frameworks.

• Support data migration, transformation and integration activities across Oracle enterprise applications.

• Participate in the full project delivery life cycle, from technical design through development, testing and implementation.

• Evaluate emerging Oracle Cloud capabilities and identify opportunities to improve existing solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud integration development, ideally within enterprise-scale implementation programmes.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or comparable cloud integration technologies.

• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud applications with third-party platforms and on-premises systems.

• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services and modern integration approaches.

• Experience using Git for source control, including an understanding of branching and development practices.

• Technical development experience within Oracle environments, including relevant cloud or traditional Oracle technologies.

• Familiarity with application development using JavaScript-based frameworks or Oracle UI development tools.

• Understanding of enterprise application delivery methodologies and technical implementation life cycles.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, functional specialists and business stakeholders.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, particularly Finance or HCM.

• Background in Oracle E-business Suite (EBS), including SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Forms, Reports or Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

• Experience migrating data from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), ETL processes or equivalent data integration tools.

• Exposure to Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle JET or Oracle APEX.

• Experience working with distributed technical delivery teams.

• Knowledge of API management, microservices and cloud integration architecture.

Candidates with strong Oracle EBS development backgrounds who have gained recent Oracle Cloud experience are also encouraged to apply.

Working Model

Location: UK Wide - Specific office arrangements and remote/hybrid working expectations to be confirmed.

Salary & Benefits

• £70,000 - £80,000 basic + Benefits (Negotiable depending on experience)
