The Role

• Engage shoppers at retail locations, trade shows, and local events to generate interest in premium window and door solutions.
• Conduct personalized in-home consultations, converting initial interest into booked appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays.
• Represent a trusted brand with a strong legacy of quality and innovation.
• Cover key retail locations including Easton, Columbus, and NW Columbus.

What You'll Need

• An outgoing and confident personality with a passion for engaging with people.
• Reliable transportation to travel between various retail locations and events.
• Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• A proactive approach to showcasing product benefits and securing appointments.
