Job Description

Title: PeopleSoft ERP Developer Level 2
Location: Austin, TX — Hybrid (Need local candidates only)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
F2F interview is required
 
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support Benefits Administration and Pension Administration applications. 
The consultant will perform data analysis and mapping, develop and enhance PeopleSoft applications, and assist with integrations and system modernization.
Required Experience
·  6+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools development
·  3+ years with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Pension Administration
·  3+ years of Oracle SQL
·  3+ years of SQR and PeopleCode development
·  3+ years of in-depth data analysis and data mapping
·  2+ years of Application Engine programming
·  1+ year of PeopleSoft XML Publisher
·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
·  Develop and enhance PeopleSoft applications, pages, and components
·  Create SQR, PeopleCode, and Application Engine programs
·  Analyze data and develop source-to-target mapping rules
·  Support ETL developers, testers, business analysts, and users
·  Integrate PeopleSoft with third-party applications through web services
·  Prepare technical designs, process diagrams, estimates, and documentation
·  Test, debug, demonstrate, and support application changes
Preferred
·  PeopleSoft web services and third-party integration experience
·  Knowledge of Base Benefits, Core HR, Financials, and pension systems
·  Strong communication and ability to manage multiple assignments
