Business Systems analyst

Must Haves:

• 7+ years experience as a BA/BSA in Banking environments 
• Extensive Payments experience 
• Must be familiar with Interface Agreements (IA) and various payment providers such as MasterCard, VISA, Interac, etc
• Experience with Payment Engines DSS, Cross Border Payments, Ledger Postings, Suspense Accounts, AML Checks, Reconciliations
• Should understand payment flows, how payment flows work, and be able to walk someone through a payment ecosystem
• Must have knowledge of Payment Engine Platforms, Wires
• Hands on experience with the use of AI as a BSA is a nice to have.
• Using AI to create Agents, User Stories, and other innovative ways to work more efficiently 
• Experience with Analytic tools like PowerBi is a strong asset
• strong communication skills and ability to document requirements 
• hands on experience with API specifications, Epics, JIRA, Confluence
