SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Accounts Payable operations, P2P process improvement, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing processes and operations.
• Configure, manage, or optimize invoice matching rules, tolerances, approval workflows, and exception-routing processes.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable (A/P) workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve touchless invoice processing, reduce manual intervention, and increase PO compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, specifically Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
• Experience working with:
• Invoice matching rules
• Tolerances
• Approval workflows
• Exception routing and resolution
• Strong background in Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Demonstrated experience improving invoice-to-pay operations, touchless processing, exception management, and PO compliance.
• Practical experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Knowledge of segregation of duties (SoD), payment integrity controls, and P2P control frameworks.
• Working knowledge of sales and use tax, including ship-to location accuracy, taxability, and audit support.
