Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect to design and guide the implementation of secure, scalable, resilient, and supportable technology solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and will work closely with infrastructure, cloud, application development, security, data, and enterprise architecture teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills

• Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) 4+ years

• Azure App Service, AKS, Azure Functions, Storage, and Databases 4+ years

• Docker and Kubernetes 3+ years

• Programming experience with C#, Java, Python, Go, and/or Node.js 3+ years

• Azure DevOps and GitLab 3+ years

• IAM, Data Protection, and Cloud Security Best Practices 3+ years

• SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL Databases 3+ years

• Agile methodologies and DevOps practices 3+ years

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills 4+ years

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and guide the implementation of secure, scalable, interoperable, resilient, and supportable infrastructure solutions.

• Develop technical architectures aligned with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and technology strategies.

• Design solutions across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and on-premises infrastructure environments.

• Collaborate with OIM (Office of Information Management), cloud engineers, infrastructure teams, application developers, security teams, data teams, and enterprise architects.

• Translate business and technical requirements into architecture designs, implementation approaches, and actionable technical solutions.

• Provide architectural guidance for cloud platforms, containerized environments, databases, application hosting, identity management, security, and DevOps.

• Support the design of highly available, scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise technology platforms.

• Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend improvements based on performance, scalability, security, reliability, and long-term supportability.

• Partner with technical teams throughout solution design and implementation to ensure adherence to established architecture standards.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will combine strong infrastructure engineering expertise with solution architecture experience and have hands-on knowledge of modern cloud platforms, container technologies, DevOps, application platforms, security, databases, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
