Lead MuleSoft Developer (Middleware Technologies)

Job Title: MuleSoft Lead Developer (Middleware Technologies)
Location: Oakland, CA (3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

Job Summary:

Lead the design and delivery of integration solutions using MuleSoft and other middleware technologies across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design API-led integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Develop and manage APIs, microservices, and middleware solutions
• Work with middleware tools (WebLogic, WebSphere, TIBCO, Kafka, MQ)
• Integrate enterprise apps like Salesforce, SAP, and cloud platforms
• Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices
• Lead team, perform code reviews, and ensure delivery quality
• Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Ensure security, governance, and scalability of integrations

Required Skills:

• Strong MuleSoft (Mule 4, DataWeave, API Manager) experience
• Hands-on middleware technologies (TIBCO, IBM MQ, Kafka, etc.)
• API design (REST/SOAP, RAML/OpenAPI)
• Cloud (AWS/Azure) and DevOps exposure
• Leadership and stakeholder management
