Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical Market Access business processes.
Experience supporting Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, Government Pricing, and Gross-to-Net processes.
Working knowledge of Market Access business stakeholders and operational workflows.
8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Experience leading complex enterprise application projects.
Strong project planning, execution, and governance capabilities and experience managing cross-functional global teams.
Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Experience managing SaaS platform releases and upgrade cycles.
Experience delivering enterprise application enhancements and transformation initiatives.

Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery.
Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.

Secondary Skills (Good to have)
knowledge of market access processes, healthcare data, and commercial operations.
