Project Manager

Experience: 10+ Years
Job Type:  W2 Contract
Location: Plano, TX

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in project management and project delivery.

  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Experience in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.

  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

  • Experience with Jira, MS Project, and Excel.

  • Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.

  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues.

  • Allocate resources and track project deliverables.

  • Conduct project meetings and prepare status reports.

  • Ensure project quality and alignment with business objectives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP).

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner.
