Pay Rate: $35-$50 per flagged hour (Based on Experience)Pay Type: Flat RatePay Schedule: Bi-weeklyExpected Production: Over 50 flagged hours per week plus\nIntroduction\nWe are seeking an experienced A or B-Level European Automotive Technician in Washington, Utah.\nThis is a Monday-Friday opportunity paying $35-$50 per flagged hour, with the opportunity to flag consistently over 50 hours.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n Diagnose European vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently\n Perform advanced automotive diagnostics\n Complete repairs from diagnosis through final completion\n Identify vehicle concerns early during diagnostics and inspections\n Maintain a low comeback rate through quality workmanship\n Work independently and manage assigned repairs\n Write estimates for diagnosed repairs\n Work toward 40-50 flagged hours per week\n\nQualifications\n\n 6+ years of automotive repair experience\n 4+ years of European vehicle experience\n Strong advanced diagnostic skills\n Strong European automotive knowledge\n Proven track record of quality workmanship\n Ability to work independently from day one\n Professional, organized, and comfortable using computers\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\n $35-$50 per flagged hour (Based on Experience)\n Flat-rate pay\n Consistently busy shop\n Bi-weekly pay\n Health Care Stipend\n 1 week accrued PTO\n Ongoing training\n Relocation assistance available\n\nWhy Work Here\nThis is an opportunity for an experienced European technician who wants to take ownership of diagnostic and repair work.\nYou’ll have a Monday-Friday schedule, ongoing training, and the opportunity to earn based on your production and flat-rate pay plan.\nApply today or connect with Promotive to learn more about this European Automotive Technician opportunity.\nAdditional Requirements\nSome positions may require a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle record review, background screening, drug or alcohol screening, or other job-related pre-employment requirements based on the duties of the position, the client’s lawful requirements, and applicable law.
