Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 3+ years • Total Compensation: $224k+ yearly Job Description: • Design and develop Python-based components for core agentic AI platforms. • Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications efficiently within Kubernetes environments. • Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and reusable tool li braries for autonomous agents. • Implement enterprise AI guardrails, prompt injection defenses, data scrubbing, and output validation. • Design RESTful web services, enterprise APIs, and microservices architectures. • Create automated testing pipelines for non-deterministic AI outputs and agent workflows. • Collaborate across technical teams to integrate distributed databases, cloud infrastructure, and backend services.

Telework: A hybrid work arrangement is supported, requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site in Columbia, MD.
