This role will work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that help improve digital equity and communications infrastructure across the United States. Essential Job Responsibilities
• Design, build, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that support national telecommunication mission objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and policy teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure alignment with federal cybersecurity standards.
• Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization of existing applications.
• Contribute to documentation, technical architecture discussions, and team knowledge sharing. Minimum Qualifications
• LEVEL 4 Requirement: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field.
• LEVEL 5 Requirement: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of API development, RESTful services, and microservice architecture.
• Clearance: An active SECRET level security clearance is required. Preferred Requirements
