About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Own projects from initial scoping and workflow design through execution and delivery.

  • Translate customer requirements into actionable specifications for legal workflows.

  • Design and improve domain-specific pipelines for usability, accuracy, quality, and scale.

  • Coordinate Operations teams, legal experts, and project leads to support timely delivery.

  • Set milestones, maintain a consistent execution cadence, and communicate progress and blockers.

  • Manage client communications and provide clear updates with next steps.

What We're Looking For

  • A J.D. or equivalent law degree, with at least 2 years of experience in legal practice, legal research, regulatory or compliance work, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years leading complex projects, operational workflows, or legal-related initiatives.

  • Experience translating customer needs into project specifications, designing workflows, and owning execution from scoping through delivery.

  • Experience managing legal domain experts or project leads, client communications, milestones, and delivery cadence.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to execute amid ambiguity.

  • Familiarity with legal research, contract analysis, litigation, regulatory or compliance workflows, data pipelines, AI training, or human-in-the-loop operations is valuable.

  • Experience with AI/ML companies, AI labs, or data annotation and evaluation projects is a plus.
