Business Analyst Tester with Security Clearance

Position Title: Business Analyst Tester Location: Washington, DC Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret Position Status: Contract Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Position Description: Seneca Resources is seeking a Business Analyst Tester (Business Systems Analyst, Jr. or Mid Level) to support a high-visibility federal law enforcement program in Washington, DC. This hybrid role requires onsite work 4 days per week, with the option for 1 remote day. In this role, you will identify functional requirements, create user stories, perform application testing, and support end users. The position combines business analysis, quality assurance (QA), documentation, and close collaboration with the development team in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify functional requirements and create user stories - Test developed stories and ensure application QA - Prepare and participate in internal design sessions - Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users - Develop and maintain documentation and training materials - Assist the Scrum Master and other team members when needed

Required Skills/Education

• Active Top Secret clearance - Ability to report to the client site in Washington, DC 4 days per week, with the option for 1 remote day - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 1 year of work experience (internships included)
• Clear written communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with an Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team - Experience creating and monitoring tasks in Jira - Application or software testing experience Technical Skills (Beginner proficiency level):
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
