About the Role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across the front end, back end, and cloud. You will lead technical design, mentor engineers, and own features end to end, from architecture through production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop scalable, secure web applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core Web API
  • Build responsive, modern front-end interfaces using Angular or React with TypeScript
  • Design and implement microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures
  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices in clean architecture, SOLID, and design patterns
  • Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability
  • Design and manage data layers using SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and Dapper; work with NoSQL stores such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB where needed
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
  • Deploy and manage applications on Azure (App Service, Functions, AKS, Service Bus, Key Vault) or AWS equivalents
  • Write unit, integration, and automated tests (xUnit, NUnit, Moq, Jest)
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to technical roadmaps
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high availability
  • Document architecture, APIs, and technical decisions

Required Qualifications

  • 11+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong full-stack .NET expertise
  • Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and Minimal APIs
  • Solid front-end skills: Angular (14+) or React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Deep knowledge of SQL Server (stored procedures, indexing, query tuning) and Entity Framework Core
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Identity Server / Azure AD
  • Experience with messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
  • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, domain-driven design (DDD), and clean architecture
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Blazor, gRPC, SignalR, or GraphQL
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep)
  • Application monitoring and observability (Application Insights, Serilog, ELK, Grafana)
  • Knowledge of Redis or other caching strategies
  • Experience in domains such as finance, healthcare, insurance, or e-commerce
  • Microsoft certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, or similar)
  • Experience migrating legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET Core / modern .NET

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capability
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
