Senior Vice President, Talent Management

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise talent initiatives, including skills frameworks, talent assessments, succession planning, and promotion readiness. Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create scalable tools, governance, and processes that strengthen leadership pipelines and support consistent talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and adoption of the enterprise skills framework across employee and manager experiences.
• Develop scalable tools, guidance, and communications to implement skills strategy.
• Design and drive adoption of consistent enterprise talent assessment approaches and evaluation criteria.
• Partner with analytics and technology teams to improve visibility into talent and bench strength.
• Create firmwide guidance, tools, playbooks, and reporting for talent reviews, succession planning, and nominations.
• Develop role expectations, promotion frameworks, and readiness criteria to support consistent promotion decisions.
