Full Stack Developer

Role : W2

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Go (Golang), TypeScript, React, and AWS to build and enhance a scalable case management and workflow platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-native application development, AWS infrastructure, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, databases, Redis, AI/LLM workflows, and rules engines.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Go / Golang and TypeScript
• Strong frontend development experience with React + TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
• Experience with AWS, including:
  • ECS Fargate
  • Application Load Balancer (ALB)
  • RDS
  • S3
  • ECR
  • Secrets Manager
  • CloudWatch
• Experience with Redis for caching and pub/sub
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with schema migration tools
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and resiliency

AI / Modern Engineering Experience

• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
• Experience with LangGraph or similar LLM/agent workflow frameworks
• Experience building LLM-driven workflows and RAG-based applications
• Experience with rules/decision engines such as:
  • GoRules / ZEN
  • Drools
  • JSON-Logic

Integration Experience

• Experience integrating with CRM and Case Management platforms
• Experience with Salesforce integrations is highly preferred
• Strong experience troubleshooting production and third-party integration issues

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features using Go, React, and TypeScript
• Build and maintain case management and workflow applications
• Develop scalable and resilient distributed systems
• Design and optimize database schemas and migrations
• Implement caching and messaging solutions using Redis
• Develop and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure in partnership with DevOps
• Create and maintain Terraform infrastructure configurations
• Manage GitLab CI/CD, automated testing, deployments, and release pipelines
• Contribute to LangGraph, LLM, and RAG-driven workflows
• Integrate and maintain decision logic using GoRules/ZEN or similar rules engines
• Participate in code reviews and establish development best practices
• Troubleshoot production, application, and integration issues
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions
