REQUIRED SKILLS
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience in security, fire alarm, or construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of Division 28 systems including CCTV, Access Control, and Life Safety.
- Experience managing procurement, material flow, inventory tracking, and project schedules.
- Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams while managing risks, constraints, and change orders.
- Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills in mission-critical environments.
