Position: Epic Cheers Consultant (Campaigns)
Location:  Remote
Duration:  6-12 month contract

Required Qualifications

·        Active Epic Cheers Certification (no lapse)

·        Proven hands‑on Epic Cheers campaign experience

·        Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimizations

·        Strong understanding of CRM, patient engagement, and call center workflows

·        Ability to work independently in a consulting or project‑based environment

·        Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience
