Technician

HelloTech seeks Contract Technicians to deliver in-home and remote tech support for customers nationwide. You'll install and troubleshoot computers, WiFi networks, smart TVs, and smart home devices while providing clear, friendly guidance. Accept jobs through our platform, travel to customer locations, and resolve issues independently. You'll document work, recommend solutions, and uphold safety and privacy standards. Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and remote tech support for consumers and small businesses
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, Wi

• Set up and optimize smart TVs, streaming devices, and peripheral hardware
• Use Hello
• Tech's platform to accept, manage, and complete on-demand service jobs
• Document work performed, solutions, and recommendations in job records
• Communicate clearly with customers, translating technical issues into simple terms
• Follow safety, privacy, and professionalism standards in every visit
• Collaborate remotely with support teams to resolve complex issues
