We are seeking for ServiceNow Project Manager Position

Position Details:

Job Type: 1 year extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)

Location: Hyderabad OR Bangalore

Timings : Regular working hours, hybrid mode of work

Yrs of Exp: 8+ years of relevant experience

Job Description:

A ServiceNow Project Manager leads the end to end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, defining scope, timelines, and resources while managing stakeholders, risks, and budgets, often using Agile/Scrum methods, coordinating technical teams (developers, architects, BAs), and ensuring project alignment with business goals, requiring strong communication, PMP/Scrum Master certifications, and deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, etc., to deliver successful platform transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution Develop project plans, WBS, schedules, and roadmaps; manage scope, budget, and resources for ServiceNow projects.

Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates to clients and senior leadership.

Team Leadership: Coordinate cross functional teams (developers, BAs, QA, architects) and foster collaboration.

Methodology Adherence: Implement and guide teams in Agile/Scrum practices, facilitating ceremonies like stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Key Qualifications:

8+ years of professional experience.

ServiceNow platform expertise.

Proven experience in IT project management, with significant focus on ServiceNow implementations.

Certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are often preferred

Methodologies: Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.

Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Tools: Familiarity with PM tools like JIRA, Asana, MS Project.
