Project Manager

Introduction:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale, complex IT or business transformation projects in a structured environment. They will collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria, as well as ensure project activities are aligned and executed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and communication components.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment and execution of project activities.
• Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and escalate and resolve issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, meetings, and status reporting to ensure clear communication and transparency.
• Manage project scope changes through formal change control processes and ensure governance compliance.
• Oversee vendor performance and deliverables when external contractors are involved.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project closure activities, including final reporting, deliverable acceptance, and lessons learned documentation.
