Job Description

We are looking for experienced SAP Service Management Suite Consultants with strong hands-on experience in SAP Public Cloud and enterprise structure configuration.

The consultant will be responsible for configuring enterprise structures and completing the required manual configurations across multiple sites. Strong expertise in the SAP Service Management module with Suite specialization is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform configuration of SAP enterprise structures based on business and site requirements.

• Complete required manual configurations for each implementation site.

• Configure and support SAP Service Management solutions.

• Work extensively with SAP Service Management Suite capabilities.

• Support SAP Public Cloud implementations and configurations.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations.

• Troubleshoot configuration and implementation issues.

• Work independently with business and technical teams throughout implementation.

• Provide functional and technical guidance during deployment and rollout activities.

• Ensure configurations are consistent and properly implemented across multiple sites.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Service Management.

• SAP Service Management Suite specialization is mandatory.

• Strong experience with SAP Public Cloud is required.

• Strong experience with SAP enterprise structure configuration.

• Experience performing site-specific and manual SAP configurations.

• Strong SAP implementation and configuration experience.

• Ability to work independently in a senior consulting capacity.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirements

We are looking for candidates at two levels:

• Senior Consultant: 9+ years of relevant SAP experience.

• Expert Consultant: 12+ years of relevant SAP experience.
