L2/L3 Senior Administrator

Role Summary
This position involves providing advanced technical support and administration for Windows 11 endpoint devices within a highly secure, 24x7 production environment. The senior administrator will oversee the full device lifecycle, ensuring platform stability, security compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires a highly skilled professional capable of troubleshooting complex issues and working effectively within a critical enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows 11 endpoint devices throughout the entire device lifecycle, including enrollment, configuration, patching, and application deployment
• Manage compliance policies and profiles using Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM (formerly AirWatch)
• Troubleshoot complex OS, VPN, certificate, and policy-related issues to maintain endpoint stability
• Support enterprise laptop fleet performance and security within a production environment
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation to ensure continuous platform availability
• Coordinate patch and application deployment cycles with minimal user disruption
• Document platform standards, configurations, and operational procedures for ongoing reference
• Collaborate with security, endpoint, and infrastructure teams to resolve platform issues and enhance security posture
• Ensure adherence to security policies, operational protocols, and best practices in a regulated environment
• Monitor and optimize the health and performance of Windows 11 endpoints in a fast-paced enterprise setting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Windows endpoint environments in enterprise settings
• Hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM managing Windows 10/11 devices
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full device lifecycle: enrollment, configuration, patching, application deployment, and compliance
• Strong troubleshooting abilities related to OS, VPN, certificates, and policy issues
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 endpoint administration and security considerations
• Ability to operate within a 24x7 on-call rotation supporting critical production systems
• Demonstrated security awareness and operational discipline in large-scale, regulated environments
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume enterprise settings
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams

Publishing Pay Range: $70.13 - $78.46 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
