Project Manager – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
West Yorkshire | Hybrid – minimum 2 office days per week
£52,000 plus £6,000 Car / Cash Allowance

We're looking for a commercially minded Project Manager to join an established online retailer undergoing digital transformation.
Working across business and technology teams, you'll deliver projects that improve customer experience, business processes and operational performance. You'll take projects from initial scoping through to delivery and closure, bringing people together and keeping progress on track.
What you'll do

• Lead business and technology change projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
• Gather requirements and help stakeholders define current and future business processes.
• Translate technical information into clear business options and decisions.
• Build relationships across functions including e-commerce, operations, supply chain, finance and marketing.
• Manage third-party suppliers and support business case development.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches to suit each project.

What you'll bring

• Experience delivering both technology-led and business-led projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Confidence managing project budgets, plans and reporting.
• A pragmatic approach to solving problems and working through ambiguity.
• A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM or AgilePM.
• Ideally, experience in retail, e-commerce or another fast-paced commercial environment.

You'll need to be able to work in Bradford city centre at least two days per week.
