What You'll Need

• Previous experience in grocery retail or the food service industry is a plus, but not essential for motivated career changers with food handling experience.
• A passion for retail and genuine enjoyment in interacting with people.
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and meticulously.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, including weekends and public holidays as required seasonally.
