Job Title: Associate Principal - Software Engineering (AWS GenAI Platform Engineer)

Work Location- Jersey City, NJ

Job Description:

Lead the industrialization and operationalization of AWS Bedrock and Agent Core platforms.

Design and implement scalable secure and production ready GenAI platform architectures.

Enable enterprise adoption of GenAI solutions through standardized deployment frameworks and reusable components.

Establish platform governance security controls monitoring and operational excellence practices.

Partner with business architecture security and engineering teams to accelerate GenAI use case deployment.

DevOps Platform Automation, design and implement CICD pipelines for GenAI applications and platform services.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and AWS native automation tools.

Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code IaC templates and deployment accelerators.

Implement GitOps and DevSecOps best practices across all deployments.

Manage environment provisioning release management and configuration management processes.

Cloud Operations Reliability define monitoring observability logging and alerting strategies for AI workloads.

Ensure platform availability performance scalability and resiliency.

Drive incident management root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Optimize cloud resource utilization and support FinOps initiatives.

Client Leadership Responsibilities, Act as the primary DevOps lead for the engagement.

Collaborate directly with client stakeholders AWS teams architects and delivery leadership.

Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to offshore and onsite teams.

Contribute to roadmap planning risk management and delivery governance.

Required Technical Skills:

Primary Skills: AWS Cloud Platform, AWS Bedrock, AWS Agent Core, AWS Launchpad Framework

DevOps Platform Engineering, Terraform, CICD Pipeline Engineering, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Infrastructure as Code IaC, DevSecOps.
