Advanced Analysts

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce in Tampa, Florida is looking for Advanced Analysts.

Qualified candidates will be creating models and simulations; Developing innovative user interface designs; Creating and developing interactive graphic designs and information architecture; Designing responsive grid systems and accessibility guidelines; Developing conceptual models and personas; Developing the User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) using Usability Testing, B2B, A/B Testing, SaaS and IoT; Developing and implementing design and navigation; Testing for usability issues and analyzing test results to recommend modifications to the user experience; Developing and directing UI/UX testing, including analysis, design, development, unit testing and implementation; Researching and recommending new tools to drive innovation in UI/UX; Providing guidance and subject matter expertise on UI/UX solutions; and Being a technical resource for to team members in the graphic design development, testing and implementation processes.

Salary: $42.00 to $55.00/hr.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Design, Graphic Design or Visual Design and two years' experience in position or two years experience in Product Design field.

Special requirements: Experience with UI/UX, Usability Testing, B2B, A/B Testing, SaaS and IoT. Up to 100% travel to various unanticipated domestic client sites in US required.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
