Pay Range: $30-$35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Create, automate, and distribute new reports while enhancing existing reporting structures.
• Track hours worked to establish accrual of paid sick leave for flight attendants.
• Collaborate with Base Operations to optimize and develop next-generation decision support and analytic tools.
• Conduct actionable analysis on Reliability and Performance Development and internal investigations.
• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver process improvements.
• Utilize critical thinking and strong analytical skills to achieve annual Flight Plan goals.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;Master s degree in a business or quantitative discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of SAS/SQL and experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and R.
• General knowledge of In-Flight Service performance metrics, programs, work rules, and/or DBMS.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business, Program Management, or a quantitative field.
• 3 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic SAS and SQL programming skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Quick learner capable of meeting aggressive timelines with accurate work products.
