The Role

• Operating and monitoring automated, computer-controlled production systems.
• Loading, initiating, and managing machinery, including controlling machine elements.

• Continuously optimizing manufacturing processes for peak performance.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a machine and system operator, preferably with experience in textiles, plastics, or similar production environments.
• Strong practical aptitude, dexterity, and technical understanding.
