WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER
Candidates with commercial moving industry experience and knowledge of estimating, pricing models, and proposal development are highly preferred. 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in commercial moving, logistics, transportation, or business services
~ Previous management or supervisory experience leading a sales team
~ Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
~ Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

This is a full-time leadership role that typically works during regular business hours. As our Commercial Sales Manager, you'll lead, coach, and develop our commercial sales team while overseeing the department's performance, processes, and daily activities. You'll establish goals and expectations, analyze performance metrics, conduct coaching sessions, create accountability, and recruit and develop team members.

You'll oversee proposals, presentations, RFP responses, pricing structures, job costing, truckload calculations, contracts, and Certificates of Insurance. You'll also collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless project transitions, monitor customer satisfaction, oversee existing client relationships, manage CRM reporting, analyze sales trends, assist with marketing initiatives, and oversee departmental scheduling and timekeeping. This is a sales management position-not an individual sales or business development role.
