Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Platform Governance & Security Specialist to establish and enhance enterprise Snowflake governance, security, identity management, and automation frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Security, RBAC, CyberArk, SailPoint IIQ, Protegrity, ServiceNow, AWS Secrets Manager, Terraform, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish Snowflake Center of Excellence (CoE) framework, governance standards, and documentation.
• Remediate audit findings, including CyberArk integration for key-pair authentication.
• Implement Dynamic Data Masking and Dynamic Data Classification.
• Implement Protegrity tokenization across enterprise environments.
• Implement credential protection using AWS Secrets Manager / Conjur Vault.
• Automate service-account credential rotation.
• Design and stabilize Snowflake Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Collaborate with ServiceNow and SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow teams to automate user provisioning.
• Develop Snowflake APIs and integrations for identity and access-management workflows.
• Automate user access provisioning and infrastructure deployment across environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation.
• Develop automation scripts using Python / PowerShell.
• Configure Snowflake resource monitoring, alerting, and governance.
• Conduct ETL/ELT testing following security implementations and validate data integrity.
• Maintain Snowflake use-case inventory, ownership, and cost alignment.
• Partner with InfoSec, ServiceNow, IIQ, Product Owners, and Application Teams.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of enterprise data platform governance experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake administration, development, security, and governance
• 3+ years implementing enterprise security and governance frameworks
• 2+ years of privileged access management and identity governance
• Experience with large-scale automation and enterprise integrations
• Proven experience working in regulated environments

Preferred Qualifications

• SnowPro Advanced certification — Security/Architecture preferred
• Strong Snowflake security and governance background
• CyberArk and SailPoint implementation experience
• Experience implementing enterprise tokenization and masking solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
