Sales Hunters Wanted for SME Utilities 40% 60% Commission
Utility Trade provides UK SMEs with essential services including gas, electricity, water, broadband, telecoms and mobile solutions, offering simple, competitive packages that businesses already need and regularly review. This creates a highly commercial, easy-to-position proposition where every conversation has genuine earning potential.
This is a true hunter role, designed for sales agents who want to take control of their income and build momentum quickly.
You will be engaging directly with business owners, introducing cost-saving and efficiency-led solutions, and closing deals in a market where demand is constant and repeatable. The opportunity also lends itself well to those already selling into SMEs, as Utility Trade can be positioned alongside existing services, increasing overall deal value and commission per client.
The role rewards those who are proactive, resilient and commercially sharp. You will be comfortable picking up the phone, getting in front of decision-makers and driving conversations forward. Organisation and independence are key, as you will manage your own territory, pipeline and activity levels, with complete flexibility in how you operate.
This is a role for individuals who see opportunity, act quickly and are motivated by results.
Experience in B2B sales is important, particularly where you have sold services into SMEs or understand how business owners make purchasing decisions. A background in utilities, telecoms or related sectors will give you a head start but is not essential.
What matters most is your ability to open doors, communicate value clearly and close business consistently. If you have succeeded in commission-only or performance-led environments before, you will recognise the potential here immediately.
The commission and earnings structure is aggressive and designed to reward performance from day one:
- 40% commission on the first 1 19 new businesses
- 50% commission on new businesses
- 60% commission on 25+ new businesses
- Spot bonuses for top performers and highest monthly revenue
There is no cap on earnings, no ceiling on growth and no restriction on how far you can take this.
