Job Summary for Enterprise Project Manager / Scrum Master – Consultant - Hybrid Role (Charleston, South Carolina)

- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes and activities for multiple project teams.
- Lead key Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Identify and remove team impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
- Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to achieve clear project objectives.
- Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Promote Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement within teams.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and best practices.
- Encourage open communication, collaboration, transparency, and accountability within project teams.
- Utilize Azure DevOps and other Agile project management tools for managing activities, backlogs, and reporting.
- Support hybrid project delivery environments that combine Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Perform database querying and programming tasks to support project and application requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
