Certified Scrum Master

Are you an experienced Certified Scrum Master with a knack for driving Agile delivery in complex financial or public sector systems? We are looking for a high-performing Agile leader to drive software development initiatives.

Key Position Details

• Location: Lansing, MI
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site Wednesdays & Thursdays mandatory)
• Interview Process: Virtual (1 2 rounds with project leadership)

Key Responsibilities & Crux of the Role

• Lead and coach cross-functional software delivery teams using Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate all core ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Clear blockers, manage dependencies, and foster team transparency and predictable delivery.
• Support high-impact enterprise financial, accounts receivable, and debt collection software solutions.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ Years as a dedicated Scrum Master in Agile software development.
• Agile Tooling: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Local Requirement: Must reside within 100 miles of Lansing, MI.

Highly Desired Skills:

• Background in Financial Systems, Accounts Receivable, Payment Workflows, or Medical Systems.
• Dual experience acting as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Agile Certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe (SSM/SASM), or ICP-ACC.
• Strong familiarity with SDLC, API integrations, cloud environments, and compliance/security standards.
