Contract Applications Engineer Mid USA Remote
Primary Location: USA Remote
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Contract Applications Engineer Mid USA Remote for our premier client USA Remote.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Sales Engagement.
Experience configuring Sales Engagement Cadences, Work Queues, activity management, and automation.
Design, configure, develop, and support Salesforce Sales Engagement capabilities
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integrations as required.
Configure and optimize Sales Cadences, Work Queues, Automated Actions, email/call activities, and productivity workflow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, data model, and deployment practices.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Good to Have

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud VoiceFamiliarity with AWS services and Salesforce–AWS integration patterns.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
Familiarity with AWS services and Salesforce–AWS integration patterns.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
Experience integrating Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect/AWS services.
Knowledge of Amazon S3 connectors/integrations, including storage and retrieval of call recordings or related interaction data.
