Direct Support Supervisor: Be a Leader, Make a Difference!

Location: Omaha, Nebraska (onsite position)

Job type: Full time, Salaried - typical hours 7:30am-3:30pm, but other hours maybe needed due to department/agency needs

You'll coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.

  • Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve in the vocational setting.

  • Management Agility: The ability to be highly organized, manage shifting priorities, and communicate honestly about timelines, ensuring all program operations remain smooth and compliant.

  • Relevant Experience: At least one year of direct experience in a related field, supported by an Associate's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area of study.

  • Clinical Readiness: Current certifications in CPR and medication administration, or the willingness to complete them immediately upon hiring.
