Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Telecom/Telecommunications industry experience to lead complex technical programs involving network infrastructure, telecom platforms, systems integration, and technology transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven program management experience and the ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering, network, product, operations, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex telecom and technology programs from planning through implementation.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering, network, IT, product, operations, architecture, security, and vendor teams.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams while ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross-functional technical discussions and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Track program progress, budgets, resource requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate program status, risks, and escalations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with telecom vendors, technology partners, and system integrators.
• Coordinate system integration, testing, deployment, and production rollout activities.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet business, operational, security, and quality requirements.
• Lead program governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status updates.
• Establish and track KPIs, milestones, and operational metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardize program management processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Project Management.
• Strong experience in the Telecom/Telecommunications domain.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery lifecycles.
• Experience working with engineering and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-level communication.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners.
