Transformation PMO Analyst / Assoc. Program Manager

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Transformation PMO Analyst / Associate Program Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in a remote role.
Responsibilities:

• Track milestones, deliverables, and KPIs for enterprise programs.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Support workshops, stakeholder sessions, and communications.
• Conduct benchmarking, research, and analysis to inform decisions.
• Create and maintain documentation and program repositories.

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in program management, operations, or consulting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with Project Management tools highly preferred - MS Project, Workfront, SharePoint, etc.
• College degree or equivilant
