Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Anaplan Architect with extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development expertise, forecasting and capacity planning experience, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture, design, development, and implementation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize Anaplan models for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and capacity planning.
• Lead solution workshops and collaborate directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Build and support enterprise integrations between Anaplan and external systems.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Anaplan applications.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for enterprise planning solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with significant hands-on Anaplan development.
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (CSA) (Required).
• Strong experience implementing multiple enterprise Anaplan projects.
• Expertise in Anaplan model building, architecture, and solution design.
• Experience with Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Financial Planning, and Budgeting.
• Strong techno-functional experience interacting with business stakeholders.
• Experience integrating Anaplan with:
  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
  • SAP
  • Oracle Hyperion
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan CloudWorks and Application Data Orchestrator (ADO).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading workshops and solution design sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Anaplanner certification.
• Certified Model Builder certification.
• Experience working with large consulting organizations such as IBM, Deloitte, Genpact, Tech Mahindra, Fujitsu, or similar.
• Experience with enterprise planning and digital transformation initiatives.
