Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage enterprise technology programs from initiation through successful delivery.
2. Lead cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
3. Monitor program progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
4. Establish project governance, provide status reporting, and promote continuous process improvements throughout the program lifecycle.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience managing enterprise technology programs or large-scale data and analytics projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Technical Skills	Project Management, Agile, Waterfall, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Project Planning
Business / Domain Skills	Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Cross-functional Leadership, Resource Planning, Problem Solving, Communication
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or technology transformation initiatives.
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
