Job Description:

Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of digital products and platform capabilities. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve processes, enhance user experience, and create measurable business value.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of product management experience and is comfortable managing initiatives from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and prioritize business and user requirements through stakeholder engagement, research, and data analysis.
  • Translate requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage product initiatives from concept through implementation and release.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and new features.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain product documentation and support quality delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of product management, business analysis, or related experience.
  • Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Agile development teams and product management tools.
  • Familiarity with wireframing, product analytics, and user experience best practices.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data to support product decisions.
  • Exposure to enterprise software, workflow applications, or operational systems.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
