Role Summary

We are looking for an Infor LN Functional Consultant to support business processes, system configuration, and user requirements in Infor LN.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and understand business requirements.
• Configure and support relevant Infor LN modules.
• Help users resolve functional issues and answer process questions.
• Prepare functional specifications for system changes and reports.
• Coordinate with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, and testing.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployments.
• Create user guides and provide training.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations and processes.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Infor LN.
• Knowledge of relevant business processes and LN modules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with business users and technical teams.
• Experience with testing, documentation, and user support.

Preferred

• Experience with Infor LN implementations or upgrades.
• Knowledge of integrations, data migration, or reporting.
• Infor LN certification or relevant training.
