Title: Data Engineer (10+ Years)-Remote with SQL Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Profile data to identify primary keys, data quality issues, and relationships.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines on the client's data platform.
• Perform data de-duplication, dimensional modeling, and data transformations.
• Conduct unit, functional, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to refine requirements and resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members and support team onboarding.
• Take ownership and proactively contribute across projects.

Required Skills

• SQL (Expert): CTEs, complex joins, analytic/window functions.
• Data Profiling: Keys, cardinality, data types, precision/scale, data skew.
• Python (Intermediate+): ETL and data processing.
• Snowflake: Hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Good to Have

• Healthcare domain experience (preferably Payer).
• Data Modeling experience.
• DBT hands-on experience.
• Additional Python and Snowflake expertise.
