Location - Chicago, IL (1 Days onsite/Week)

Job Description -
Required Responsibility:
- Building and maintaining catalog items, variables, and automated workflows using Flow Designer or Workflow Editor.
- Configuring and maintaining ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Working with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
- Troubleshooting system logs, tracking down performance bottlenecks, and performing code reviews.
- Supporting platform upgrades, unit testing ,Automated Test Framework (ATF), troubleshooting, and technical debt remediation.
