- Led full lifecycle implementations (Requirements → Design → Build → Interfaces → Conversions → Testing → Go-Live) for California and Oregon Sick Leave Compliance.
- Participated in integrating the Single Employee Record model with Oracle EBS Payroll.
- Contributed to AB1513 California Payroll compliance implementation, including pay slip customization.
- Served as HCM Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) during Oracle HCM Cloud implementation while simultaneously supporting R12 Payroll upgrade activities.
- Managed H2A payroll implementation project, integrating FDC systems with Oracle Payroll to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce processing automation.
- Implemented Deferred Compensation (409A) plans, aligning payroll configuration with compensation strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinated with offshore development teams and Oracle Support to stabilize and enhance payroll operations.
- Served as the Primary Functional and Solution Architect supporting 72 payrolls and 20,000+ employees.
- Owned end-to-end Hire-to-Pay lifecycle processes, collaborating with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Led payroll process improvements to enhance compliance, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.
- Developed operational and ad-hoc reports using SQL to support business and compliance decision-making.
