Oracle HCM & Payroll Expertise
  • Worked extensively with Oracle Fusion (20C) – Core HR, Payroll, Compensation.
  • Supported and enhanced Oracle EBS R12.2.x – Core HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, and ADP integrations.
  • Performed end-to-end functional responsibilities including:
    • Business requirements gathering
    • GAP analysis and solution design
    • Functional architecture documentation
    • Conference Room Piloting (CRP)
    • Parallel payroll testing
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • End-user training and post-production support
  • Modified and re-implemented Oracle Fast Formulas for 401(k) employer and employee calculations.
  • Supported customized Year-End W-2 processing for U.S. and Mexico employees.
  • Managed high-volume payroll processing including:
    • 72 payrolls
    • 20,000+ W-2 employees
    • Quarterly tax filings
    • Year-End W-2 processing
    • Payroll tax adjustments and reconciliation
  • Worked extensively with ADP Connect, including:
    • Monitoring ADP Views

  • Played a key functional role in evaluating and selecting Cloud HCM platforms, participating in comparative analysis between Oracle, Workday, and UKG.

Project Implementations
  • Led full lifecycle implementations (Requirements → Design → Build → Interfaces → Conversions → Testing → Go-Live) for California and Oregon Sick Leave Compliance.
  • Participated in integrating the Single Employee Record model with Oracle EBS Payroll.
  • Contributed to AB1513 California Payroll compliance implementation, including pay slip customization.
  • Served as HCM Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) during Oracle HCM Cloud implementation while simultaneously supporting R12 Payroll upgrade activities.
  • Managed H2A payroll implementation project, integrating FDC systems with Oracle Payroll to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce processing automation.
  • Implemented Deferred Compensation (409A) plans, aligning payroll configuration with compensation strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinated with offshore development teams and Oracle Support to stabilize and enhance payroll operations.

Functional Leadership & Operational Support
  • Served as the Primary Functional and Solution Architect supporting 72 payrolls and 20,000+ employees.
  • Owned end-to-end Hire-to-Pay lifecycle processes, collaborating with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Led payroll process improvements to enhance compliance, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.
  • Developed operational and ad-hoc reports using SQL to support business and compliance decision-making.
