Role Overview

The client is seeking an experienced Senior Director of HIM/Coding to provide interim operational leadership across a large healthcare organization.

The selected candidate will oversee HIM and Coding operations across 22 hospitals and 500+ physician clinics and will directly manage 3 Directors of HIM/Coding.

The key focus is large-scale operational leadership and improvement, particularly through significant technology and Epic changes.

Must-Have Candidate Profile

Looking for someone with:

Senior Director / Executive-level HIM/Coding leadership experience

Strong HIM and Coding operations background

Experience managing large healthcare organizations / multi-hospital environments

Experience overseeing large teams and multiple directors

Proven experience driving operational transformation and improvement

Strong technology change / implementation experience

Epic experience, especially around upgrades, optimization, or major transformation projects

Ability to work in a CST-region environment

Willingness to work 25% onsite
