Technical Support Specialist (E/M)

Location: Oxford (CDP), MA Salary: $22.00 USD Hourly - $29.00 USD Hourly Description:
Technical Support Specialist opportunity with a leading manufacturer of industrial laser systems.
Full-time, direct hire position
Onsite in Oxford, MA
This is a hands-on technical support position supporting customers remotely via phone and email, troubleshooting advanced manufacturing equipment and working directly with electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. This is not an IT support role.

Pay: $22.54-$29.87/hr (OT Available after 40 hours)
Troubleshoot industrial equipment for customers across a variety of manufacturing environments
Work with electrical schematics, sensors, motors, power supplies, and control systems
Opportunity to support cutting-edge laser technology and manufacturing equipment
We're looking for someone with experience in areas such as: Electrical or electronic troubleshooting Industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, automation, CNC, robotics, or related systems Reading electrical drawings/schematics Technical support, field service, maintenance, or equipment repair
