Job Description

A controller manages a company's accounting and financial activities. They are responsible for day-to-day financial operations, and may also oversee other accounting professionals.

Controller 

A leader in high-precision machining, specializing in CNC milling, EDM, and advanced grinding for turbine components has an opening for a Controller. In this role you will oversee financial reporting, audits, and compliance, ensuring GAAP adherence, process improvements, and internal controls while driving financial strategy. Looking for a leader who likes to build, improve, and drive excellence. The company is very stable but this role requires the ability to drive change through personnel and policy/practices.

Finance & Compliance:
Lead and mentor the accounting team.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
Maintain internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Optimize financial systems, banking relationships, and tax reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred).
7–10 years in finance, audit, and staff leadership.
Manufacturing experience required (Aerospace preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical, and system proficiency.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Preferred:
Private equity experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
