The Role

You'll lead the continued growth of an established qualitative insights team, including:

• Forging strong relationships with clients
• Leading qualitative thinking and deliverables
• Building out a happy and high performing team
• Contributing to strategic planning and new business growth
• Budget timeline and asset management
• Bringing commercial thinking to every client engagement
• Remaining hands-on with qualitative research and consulting

• Deep expertise in qualitative methodologies and client consulting
• Experience in a leadership role in another strategic insights agency.
• Broad experience across methodologies, sectors and business challenges
• A passion for developing people and building capability
